All preserves are made at my home in Scarborough. All fruit and vegetables are first washed and then cooked in stainless steel saucepans. The marmalades and jams are made when the fruit is in season.

No preservatives or chemicals are used - just lots of fruit and sugar! So please, after opening the jars put them in the refrigerator.

Marmalade: 3 Fruit, Seville, Grapefruit
